A reminder to those attending graduation tonight: Please bring lawn chairs, we will have some chairs available, however, your lawn chairs will be much more comfortable.

4th through 8th Grade Pole Vault Clinic
Come learn basic pole vaulting skills with Deckerville coaches and athletes.
When: Monday and Tuesday, June 6th and 7th
Time: 3pm until 5:30pm (You must be there at 5:30 to pick up your child.)
What is needed: Signed permission slip & Water.

5th/6th/jr. high/HS spring band concert will be on Wednesday, May 25th @7pm in the High School gym.

To the Class of 2022 and their families,
Congratulations! You have two more weeks of high school and then you are hopefully off to bigger and better things. I want to take this opportunity to remind parents and students of all the important dates in the next month.
May 11 - Decision Day Assembly in the gym 12:20 P.M.
May 14 - Prom at Ubly Heights 7 P.M.
May 18 - Seniors Last Full Day of school - Walk the halls in cap and gown 12:20 P.M. followed by a tailgate lunch and games in the parking lot.
May 19 & 20 - Senior Exams for those who are not exempt.
June 6 - Senior Awards Night 7 P.M. in the gym
June 8 - Graduation Rehearsal - 1 P.M. on the football field
June 9 - Bachelorette 7 P.M. Deckerville Bible Church
June 10 - Graduation Ceremony 7 P.M. on the football field
With all these exciting events on top of all the sporting events and band concerts we will definitely be very busy in the coming weeks. Please remember to enjoy this time in your lives.

Congratulations to the Deckerville Elementary Battle of the Books teams. Our 4th grade team earned a runner up finish and both 5th and 6th grade teams earned 1st place honors. Thank you to all the team members and a huge thank you to the coaches! Way to rep the D because reading is Awesome!
