Help Needed: To all Junior High and High School students and parents, The yearbook students and I, Mrs. Pavlovics, need pictures to publish in the yearbook. Pictures can include selfies, family members, pets, working, playing, or doing homework . Great landscape or wildlife pictures can also be submitted. All pictures can be emailed to: yearbook@deckervillek12.org Please include your name so credit can be given. During this pandemic the yearbook students and I want to complete another great yearbook, but this cannot be done without help from the students and parents of DHS.

Good evening. This is Michael Hugan, Superintendent of Deckerville Community Schools. I am calling to address the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-35, which effectively physically closes our school district through the reminder of the 2019-2020 school year. As part of the provisions of this order, the staff and administration of Deckerville Community Schools are forming and implementing various means to insure that our teachers remain in touch with their students, and continue to provide meaningful educational activities. These student connections may come in various forms, including creative use of online resources, as well as physical packets of materials. Please be patient as we develop ways to connect with students. Deckerville is a strong community, and with your cooperation, I am certain we will overcome this crisis. Good evening. This is Michael Hugan, Superintendent of Deckerville Community Schools. I am calling to remind you that food deliveries will continue tomorrow, Monday, April 6thth. We intend to continue these deliveries on Monday and Thursday through this week. Buses will begin their delivery routes at 11:00am. The food packages will be dropped off at the end of your driveway. Please try to watch for the buses and be ready to receive your food packages. Also, please avoid physical contact with the deliverers. Good morning. This is Michael Hugan, Superintendent of Deckerville Community Schools. I am calling to inform you that our district will begin food distribution tomorrow, Thursday, March 19th. Further instructions will be posted later today on our website. At this time, we are asking Deckerville Community Schools’ families to contact us if you do not wish to receive meals.
